Yoga Hridaya Flow is our signature yoga class. The name of the class means Yoga of the Heart, because it is borne of the heart and shared with others in a way that is meant to be understood not only in the mind, but at the Anahata (heart) chakra, where the Divine and Human energies co-mingle, producing the sweetness of emotion.


The combination of philosophy, yoga asana, mantra and pranayama in a single integrated practice has been a proven formula for dynamic transformation and growth, as attested by the hundreds of students who have experienced it

 We have led hundreds of aspiring yoga instructors through the rigorous and gratifying journey of 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings.


In addition to teaching the elements of sequencing, visual demonstration, leadership, connection, class management, the business of yoga, and anatomy, we also incorporate yoga philosophy throughout the training.

 Over the past two decades we have guided thousands of students through the classical practice of yoga asana. 


The group yoga practice is an ideal vehicle to deliver all the physical benefits of yoga, and to cultivate a space for students to shift their focus to the inside – on bones, muscles, joints, and skin; on breath and bandhas; and ultimately, to a quiet mind.

Yoga is intrinsically therapeutic. While group classes offer numerous benefits, there is no equivalent to the focused instruction offered in private and small group (2-3 participants) settings. These sessions are ideal for clients seeking a personalized approach. 


Exercises are customized to each individual’s needs, and often clients are given exercises to do at home to maximize the benefit of the program between sessions.


Applying the fundamentals of human anatomy and physiology, as well as Ayurvedic principles, in the context of yoga asana helps each individual client benefit from the amazing healing properties of yoga.
